Our 2025 Palmetto Giving Day Goal is $250,000 to Continue to Provide Hope and a Future to Our Students.

It costs $4,500 per student per year to attend our academic after-school program and six-week summer program, feed our students a hot meal every day during the school year as well as breakfast and lunch during our summer program. The sustainability of our mission work is due to the partnership we have with our donors.  Because of you, we have so many proven results to brag about:

We invite you to participate in the BIGGEST TWO-DAY Fundraising Event for  Georgetown County…..and for Teach My People during the 36-hour Palmetto Giving Day!

• When:  MAY 6 - 7, 2025

• What Time: 6:00 am May 6th through 6:00 pm May 7th (36 hours)

• Where: On-line! Whether in your bed, from your desk or on your couch, JUST GIVE!

• Why: Help us raise $250,000 to help us to continue to help our students reach their God-given gifts through our Afterschool and Summer Programs in Pawleys Island, Georgetown, and Andrews Campuses supporting our 244 students. You can support one student in so many different ways:

▪ $3,500 for the School Year ▪ $1,000 for the Summer ▪ $4,500 for the WHOLE Year

▪ $420 for a Month ▪ $100 for a Week ▪ $25 for a Day

Every gift given to TMP through PalmettoGivingDay.org will give us the chance to earn (Basically Double) a total match of $40,000 (and growing) from the combined commitment from some of our loyal Palmetto Giving Day donors.

It is a fun-packed, academically focused six-week summer program, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Thursday. The goal of our summer program is to provide challenging and engaging learning experiences for our students so they are prepared to return to school in the fall at a level of academic preparedness that is comparable to their peers.
