Position Description
● This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) Monday- Friday, 2:00- 6:00 PM during the school year.
● Pay starts between $13-$15 per hour with opportunities to advanceQualifications:
● Minimum of a Associate’s Degree (preferably in Education or a related field) or currently
enrolled in college pursuing a degree
● Passion for student ministry
● Team PlayerOverview of Instructor Responsibilities:
● Provide homework assistance and individual academic enrichment
● Participate in planning and monitoring recreational activities
● Lead Bible study activities
● Maintain copies of student report cards/test scores
● Schedule visits with school teachers of students
● Maintain student files/records/documentation
● Comply with TMP confidentiality policy
● Monitor student behavior and take disciplinary measures as outlined in policy manual
● Identify student needs and communicate those to teachers, staff, and volunteers as appropriate
● Monitor all interactions between volunteers and students in accordance with safety guidelines
● Assist with clerical work and maintain sign-in/sign-out sheets for students
● Assist in set up and keeping site clean

Position: Payroll and Grant Management Administrator
Reports to: Administration Director
Status: Salaried Non-Exempt/Part-time (15 - 20 hours/week)
Job Summary: In collaboration with the management team and administrative staff, is responsible for payroll administration and grant reimbursement processes.
Essential Functions:
● Prepare and process payroll using ADP bi-weekly.
● Supports grant management (monitor and track expenses and revenues, process reimbursements, etc.).
● Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
● Monitor and track grant expenses
● Assist with budget preparation and reporting.
● Handle other bookkeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum of 2+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks. Familiarity and understanding of non-profit educational grants is a plus. Must pass a pre-employment background check and sign the TMP Statement of Faith.

Position: Mental Health Counselor
Reports to: Executive Director
Status: Part-time/Contract (15 - 20 hours/week)
Job Summary:
To help our students overcome academic, economic and/or social challenges through programs and services which promote and strengthen their spiritual, educational and emotional growth.
Essential Functions:
● Establish relationships, and build rapport, with students, staff, families and faculty at partnering schools.
● Perform initial assessments of individual students based on referrals and recommendations from staff and families; based on the result, develop/implement an effective treatment or intervention plan. Document and track progress toward established goals and objectives. Follow up with in-depth clinical treatment when warranted.
● Provide regular consultation to program staff and parents in matters pertaining to the social-emotional needs of students, either individually or as part of a larger group.
● Serve as an advocate for students when situations or special circumstances warrant.
● Facilitate referrals and/or introduction of students/families to other community services or resources available to them when appropriate.
● Collaborate with TMP staff in the development/enhancement of programs and services.
● Provide support to the partnering school district during crisis events/situations if requested.
● Maintain professional competence through conferences/workshops and or professional organizations, publications and completing additional course work as may be required.

Qualifications/Experience:
— Masters in Social Work and/or licensure in SC as a Licensed Independent Social Worker; certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in South Carolina.
— Demonstrated competence and experience in the assessment and treatment of educational, personal and social needs of children and adolescents preferred.
— Experience in Christian counseling
·— Familiarity with Medicaid application procedures are a plus.
— Must consent to a pre-employment background check, drug test, and sign the TMP Statement of Faith.
